Land acquisition

As the Scheme has moved towards the inquiry it has become clear that there are modifications which need to be made to the Orders. These modifications arise from factors to ensure accuracy and consistency throughout the Orders. A list of proposed Modifications which the council wished to be considered by the Inquiry is included below. These are set out as relating to the SRO and thereafter the CPO. Many of the suggested modifications are of a minor nature and are produced to ensure accuracy, consistency and certainty with the council's approach and to address some concerns raised by landowners.
