The pre-school benefits greatly from our strong parental partnerships, be it within the group activities or fund raising. Children are supported in a friendly, welcoming environment where their diverse needs are fully met by caring qualified professional adults. The pre-school is part of Gaddesby School Community Ltd which is a not-for-profit cooperative company run by parents, under our umbrella company we also offer breakfast/afterschool and holiday clubs therefore parents are invited to discuss with us their individual needs which we will try to accommodate. All GSC settings have been given an OUTSTANDING rating by Ofsted, children learn through play and through an excellent selection of activities and resources which accommodate their needs. Staff promote children's confidence and self-esteem, choice and independence.
