We know this is an exciting and yet nerve-racking time for families and we wanted to make sure you have everything you need to access your child’s school place offer as smoothly as possible.

Our goal is to make the process simple and stress-free, so here’s a step-by-step guide to help you feel prepared and confident ahead of the big day.

How to Prepare for Offer Day:

Step 1: Check your Parent Portal Access

Log in to ensure you can access the Parent Portal where school offers will be available by 10am on 16th April. If you haven’t logged in for a while, its best to check ahead of time so you are not caught out on the day

Step 2: Use the right email address

Make sure you are using the same email address you used when you applied. If you log in with a different email, you won’t be able to see your offer

Step 3: Reset your password in advance

If you can’t log in, don’t panic! Reset your password now, so you’re ready for Offer Day. Many parents wait until the last minute, which can cause delays, so doing this early will save you time and stress.

Step 4: Use Google chrome for the best experience

The Parent Portal works best on Google Chrome, so if you have trouble accessing your account, try switching browsers.

Step 5: Check your spam/Junk Folder

If you applied online, you’ll receive an email with your child’s offer by 10am on 16th April. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder before reaching out for further support.

Step 6: Know who to contact for help

If you experience any issues logging in or accessing your offer, you can visit our Leicestershire website or contact our team by completing the contact form here.
