Voyage Care

Voyage Care offers person-centred, high quality care and support to adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Aspergers and associated needs to enable them to live the life they choose. We have 30 years of experience in providing specialist and expert support for adults primarily in the 18 to 64 age bracket.

We support them to achieve their independent living goals in a range of settings including supported living, care and support at home, accessing community day opportunities, respite and short breaks and intensive support.

We provide flexible and responsive support, ranging from a few hours a week to 24 hours a day. Together, we co-create a personalised support plan to reflect what is important to the person, enabling them to live as independently as possible, achieve their own goals and enjoy choice and control.

We are experienced in supporting people who are self funding or who are funded through their local authority or Health.

If people accessing our support have a housing need, we work with a range of housing partners to source suitable properties, or we may have an existing suitable vacancy.
