We are a Supported Living Service providing 24hr support to individuals with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, Autism and behaviours that challenge. We are a passionate, professional and person-centred. We aim to ensure the people we support lead fulfilling and outcome based lives. Our staff are well trained above and beyond minimum standard. We believe that every person should have a voice and we will actively promote the choices and rights of the people we support so they can lead meaningful and outcome focussed lives. We mainly focused on supporting people to gain life skills, run a budget, and acquire useful skills so you can live independently and be prepared for anything life has to offer.
