Real Purpose

Real Purpose is a social enterprise, with the goal is to help people enter and sustain paid employment, learning or voluntary work to the benefit of their mental health, confidence, quality of life and community. We are keen to support individuals who may face additional barriers accessing these opportunities. From CV writing and job application support to interview preparation and in-work support, we guide clients through every stage. We offer Employment Clinics, one-to-one appointments, and groups. We deliver group sessions on various topics for our clients. For employers, we facilitate recruitment and training on mental health awareness and more. Real Purpose has funding in 2024 to provide the Leicestershire Employment & Skills Programme to Leicestershire County residents who are at risk of or currently use primary care services for support with their mental health (primary care includes general practice, community pharmacy, dental, and optometry (eye health) services.)
