We offer support to families through two projects - The Families in Mind Project supports families where a main parent/carer is experiencing mild to moderate mental health concerns affecting their child's development between 1 and 5 years.The Family Know-How Project supports families having difficulty maintaining a healthy lifestyle that is affecting the development of their child under 5 years.Services within the projects include one to one support from a Peer Mentor volunteer in the home or community, group support for parents and children together, courses, and access to Counselling specialising in birth trauma.Families with a child with SEND within these criteria can be supported.
