H A Taylor Fund The H A Taylor Fund makes grants to individuals in the town of Syston, Leicestershire. Grants can be made for a wide variety of items to people who are in need, hardship or distress. Applicants normally need to have lived in Syston for more than one year before they are eligible for assistance. Due to pressure on funds, help can only be given once every two years unless there are exceptional circumstances.
