Our specialist site allows us to offer bespoke packages to suit all needs and abilities, supporting individuals to engage in their own learning and self development.Our approach to developing individuals at Flourish provides everyone with the foundations to awaken empathy, access fundamental values and foster a sense of responsibility for themselves and others around them.We offer a range of differentiated workshops, specifically designed to meet the personal needs of every individual. Activities can be designed to meet the objectives set out within both the National Curriculum Framework and P-Scale attainment targets, for SEND children; with employability skills, self-confidence work and social skills also available for older individuals and adults.Progress, achievement and experience is celebrated and embraced at Flourish and every activity is differentiated to suit individual needs. We feel it is important to recognise not just progress in tasks undertaken, but also in self-confidence, self-esteem and in both working with others and independently.Achievement is a key part of our curriculum here at Flourish and whilst we work to develop interpersonal skills, we also tailor the activities to the required standard that is required for each individual.
