First Step (Male Rape and Abuse)

First Step is an organisation providing support and counselling to male surviviors (aged 13 and over) of sexual abuse and rape as well as their supporters.

We are open for appointments in a secure location. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 9am to 8pm and on Thursdays from 9am to 4pm.

Please leave a message on the answerphone.  If you get no answer, state your first name only, a contact number and tell us a convenient time to return your call.

Or you can text to request a call back if there is no answer. Let us know when would be a good time to call you back. Again we only need your first name and a number.  You will normally be texted back to ask if it is good time to talk and then you will be invited in for an assessment appointment.
