The Wellbeing Cafe meets every Wednesday at the Glenmore Centre from 1 pm to 3 pm. Our group encourages friendship, socialising and wellbeing particularly for people who are isolated or have mental health issues.
We organise craft sessions, cooking, Thai Chi and quizzes. Cost is £1.00 per week which includes refreshments and materials. Everyone is welcome!
