Our day service provision caters services for young adults with learning disabilities, autism, challenging behaviours and additional/complex needs. We aim to provide a tailor made service that meets the needs of our service users and to support them to achieve a broad range of outcomes such as : · engaging in meaningful activities that provide both mental and physical stimulation · maintaining or restoring independence for social contact · allowing them to meet peers, socialise and developing friendships · risk assessments to enable them to be in ordinary places as much as possible and as safely as possible · providing a break for parents/ carers We strongly believe in putting our service users first, treating them with dignity and respect , ensuring that their voice, wishes, preferences are prioritised in any decisions made regarding their care and support. Our service is professionally run by qualified staff with over 24 years of both professional and personal experiences of working with people with disabilities/complex needs and their families in the NHS and Health and Social Care.
