Action2Care is based in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire and supports people to live in their own home and enjoy an active life in their local community, achieving positive outcomes.
Support is built around an individual, considering their likes and dislikes. We support people to live as independently as possible in their own home and lead meaningful and fulfilled lives. We provide different levels of support, from just a couple of hours a day to full time care and live in care. Our support workers are of the highest standard and fully trained to deliver person centred support.
