We provide a range of support options including group activities and 1:1 support within a day service setting. Achieve with us has a family feel and we ensure that there is always an emphasis on supporting people to develop their confidence and build on social and life skills. We are fully flexible and tailor to meet everyone's needs, with the key objective of supporting each person to reach their full potential, whilst maximizing their independence and enjoyment of life.

From contact we offer free taster sessions to allow potential attendee to observe and participate in the daily activities .
Referrals are accepted from social workers, health professionals and residents from supported living
