Take 20 minutes to find out about fostering

Nationally a child is taken into care every 20 minutes. Can you set aside the same amount of time to find out more about fostering?

Take 20 minutes to find out about fostering.

That’s the rallying call being made to Leicestershire residents as part of Foster Care Fortnight (May 16-29).

Nationally a child is taken into care every 20 minutes, so people are being urged to set aside the same amount of time to see what they can do to help.

To support The Fostering Network’s Time to Foster, Time to Care campaign, we are asking people to set aside 20 minutes – the time it makes to make and drink a cup of tea - and find out how to make a difference to Leicestershire’s children in care.

Offering a loving home to help keep young people safe is a hugely rewarding role.

Our friendly team provide 24 hours support to the whole fostering family, bespoke training and encourage carers’ development.  Finding out more is easy, by calling, emailing or visiting our website.
