We received a GOOD grading in our latest Ofsted, completed in August 2022. The manager, Emma Cook, holds Early Years Professional status through the University of Northampton. The nursery owner Helen Smith,also completed her degree and EYTS. The nursery has a very robust team, with some practitioners working together for nearly 20 years and other members of staff having attended when they themselves were children. Nurture Me is an extremely inclusive nursery catering for children''''s individual needs through extensive planning for children''''s next steps and interests and through their individual learning styles and play. Practitioners are encouraged and supported to further their training through courses and other educational programs. Our nursery is growing rapidly. We support our training practitioners, students and apprentices new to childcare with our experienced core team, which includes 3 early years professionals.
