I have 17 years' experience working in an Early Years Setting, working my way up from a Child Care Practitioner through to a Settings Manger. Qualifications Include: NVQ level 2 & 3 in Children's Care Learning and Development; Level 5 Extended Diploma in Management and Leadership in Childcare; SENDCo Trained. Now I am a registered Childminder, my setting is based on my experience in childcare and also as a mother of 5 wonderful children. I am a great believer in children learning through play-based experiences and good role modelling.
