We aim to provide quality care and education within a safe and stimulating environment. We operate a Key Person system enabling us to ensure a planned curriculum tailored to meet the needs of individual children. We are fully inclusive of all needs working with outside professionals to support the children. We have our own allotment which helps to provide our snack food. We have good relations with our parents working in partnership with them. We operate from our own premises which have been adapted for our use with an enclosed garden. We have a skilled workforce committed to working with young children. We use some Makaton signing with the children to help develop communication & social skills also offering a social communication group. The Pre-school has been operating for over 50 years and therefore has a long established history of providing high quality care and education in the local area. We were awarded Outstanding from OFSTED June 2015. We have introduced a lunch club and offer full day care for 3/4 year olds. We had our last Ofsted Inspection June 22 and was awarded Good in all areas.
