Peter Pan Playgroup is run from the community centre and has been established since 1972. We cater for 44+ children daily, with age ranges from 2-4+ years. We employ 8 staff, 7 of which are qualified. We are able to offer support to children with SEN.
We offer two sessions term time, 9am -12 Noon or 9am - 3pm
We have close links with the local primary schools and regularly visit one of our feeder schools attending assemblies, use their fields for physical activities, sports day, sponsored toddle for charity, and join in with the foundation class for Christmas/Easter and other various celebrations. The playgroup has two outdoor play areas one enclosed tarmac area and also a secure grassed area to the rear. The staff regularly attend courses to continue their professional development.
