I'm in my 50s with a grown up family, including 4 grandchildren. I've been childminding for over 20 years having previously worked as a nanny and playgroup assistant as well as a volunteer in the reception class of Redlands primary school. A flexible approach means that I can work closely with parents to meet their individual needs from full time to a couple of hours a week to give parents a break. I offer continuity of care right from birth through playschool, primary school and beyond so families often remain with me for many years.
