I have over 30 years childminding experience and can provide a happy and secure environment for your baby or child. I have embraced the Early Years Foundation Stage and encourage a combination of free play, supervised activities, rest times and take children out regularly to parks, shops, toddler groups and other childminders homes. I always liaise with parents regarding behaviour management, diet and toilet training, encouraging positive input from parents to promote the all-round development of the child. I am committed to further training and have completed the certificate in childminding practice Level 3. I also make an effort to attend various short courses which keep me up to date with childminding issues, such as safeguarding children and promoting equal opportunities.
