I have been a childminder since 2003 and worked with many families in this time. I am a validated childminder offering full funding for all 3-4 year olds for up to 15 hours per week. I am married with 4 children. I have one assistant, my son . I have lots of experience with children from birth to 15 years through being a nanny, nursery nurse, mother and childminder. I have worked with many children over the years some with special needs, long term illness, etc. - to list just a few Aspergers, ADHD, Autism, Asthma, Allergies so I have epipen training, Developmental dysplasia of the hip (DDH), Hip spicas are now very easy for me to manage as my daughter has this condition so spent many months in a spica, Reflex Anoxic Seizures, hard of hearing, Eating disorders and Selective mute.
