I have been childminding for 14 years and I love my job. I love watching all the children grow up and seeing them become young people. Every child is treated the same. I enjoy having loads of fun with the children, we do lots of fun things. I enjoy having the children at my setting, I work alongside parents and schools to make sure every child matters.
