Our intention in our setting is that ... ''All children will have the confidence in themselves and their own ability to become independent and achieve their full potential''. We have an open door policy and welcome any family who would like to come in to see what we offer and meet the staff. Families can have as many pre-visits as they need. this gives you the opportunity to ask questions and share any key information to ensure that the child''s needs are fully met. In some cases home visits can be arranged to meet the child and the family to share valuable information and determine if any additional training requirements are needed. We are on ground floor level and there is full wheelchair access, the room is spacious and easily adapted as is the outdoor area. All staff are qualified to at least level 3 or above in Childcare and Development. Staff have a wide and extensive amount of experience including childminding, toddler groups, holiday clubs, delivering speech and language sessions, public and private sector and are all parents. We have links with the local schools and health care professionals. We pride ourselves on being a Healthy Tots accredited setting and work closely with the parents and carers to cascade knowledge and new information which also includes oral hygiene. We operate a free flow setting and the children are free to explore the indoor and outdoor areas as they wish.
