The Laurels is a bespoke, homely childcare environment, where families and their children will be at the heart, coupled with a committed owner with a BA in Early years education and Early Years Professional Status together with 18 years' experience in the early year's profession. I will offer a play based curriculum where children can flourish in their development at a pace that is right for them. Practice will be constantly monitored and reviewed to ensure the best possible care and learning is provided. I will be registered to take 2 year and FEEE funding, providing parents and carers within the local community the ability to access childcare which is tailored to their individual needs and offering flexible hours to suit their needs, including wrap around care, before and after school and holiday care. I have completed Leicestershire and Rutland's LSCB level 3 child protection, and have completed paediatric first aid training. I have also received Makaton training.
