At Thrive, we are passionate about the health benefits that gardening, horticulture and spending time in nature can bring. Through an approach called Social & Therapeutic Horticulture (STH) we help individuals at our 3 regional centres in Reading, Birmingham and London. We share our knowledge with as many people as possible through Get Gardening and our publications.
