We provide therapeutic and creative sessions in nature to support and enhance mental health and wellbeing. We have a site just outside Loughborough but can also travel to other suitable sites around the area. We are able to design bespoke packages of support or one off experiences for a wide variety of client groups including people with mild to moderate mental health difficulties, the elderly, people with ASD or other learning difficulties, carers or young people. We offer a blend of bushcraft, forest school, mindfulness, yoga, art, photography, design and sensory experiences to give clients a uniquely personal and memorable experience.
