New Hope provides person-centred care to clients in Leicester and beyond. Our aim is to promote independent and fulfilled living amongst our service users in the comfort of their own homes. We seek to encourage and support our service users to engage with the communities in which they live in
The manager is a qualified Social Worker with over 18 years of experience in Health & Social Care. New Hope Housing and Support comprise of qualified and well-trained staff with vast experience in different settings within the care sector. All our newly employed support workers undergo employment checks and a thorough interview process. This includes DBS checks and employment history checks based on credible references.
We provide the following:
Personal Care
meal preparation
Medication management, reminders and support
grocery shopping and essential household items
carrying out light domestic tasks such as: laundry and general cleaning
home recovery support following hospital discharge
accompanied visits to day centres, community activities engagements, GP & hospital
sit- in calls and general companionship
