Moving Together is a Creative Dance Company which operations as a social enterprise. One of the meain strands of our organisation is dance fitness classes for older people. It's great fun and an opportunity to keep fit while meeting like minded people.
Sessions are £5 and we offer a free trial class with no commitment to continue. All abilities are welcome, there's no need to book and we offer alternatives to cater for those less mobile.
