Healthy Together is a universal service for children and their families and incorporates the health visiting and school nursing services.

All prospective parents registered with a GP will be contacted routinely by the Health Visiting service. You will have regular contact from Healthy Together’s health visiting team from before your baby is born through to the age of two, however you can still access the service for support until your child starts school.

Through your child’s school years, Healthy Together’s school nursing team will be available for time limited packages of care for both your child and your family where health needs are identified or you request some additional support.

Healthy Together also offer Health and Wellbeing forms in school years 7, 9 and 11, to identify any health and wellbeing issues for you child and within the school population and provide targeted support. Speak to your child’s school if you need support from Healthy Together.
