We are an Equine based Therapy Organisation who help families and children who suffer from mental health issues, such as depression, anxiety and low self confidence.
EquATA (Equine Assisted Therapy Association) offer a combination of therapies tailored to individual needs for people and their families with the help of our horses & ponies
Through outdoor and animal activities, the horses, ponies & the environment promote relaxation & motivation.
At EquATA we pride ourselves on helping the individual accept who they are which in turn gives more self esteem & confidence.
We also offer group sessions to schools and organisations who feel would benefit from this experience.
