St Winefride's Playgroup is a forward thinking early years setting. Each session offers our children a wide range of experiences, structured to suit their stage of personal development. All staff are NVQ level 3 qualified and have first aid, food safety certificates, and continuously increase learning via online training. St Winefride's is a parent/committee managed group with charitable status. Facilities include two large playrooms including reading/literacy areas, computer, toilets with wash facilities & baby changing amenities (separate from main room) and outdoor enclosed play areas for physical and exploration activities. Any hours over your funding entitlement are additional private paid hours and are charged at £5.75 per hour or £6 per hour if using funding elsewhere. We DO NOT charge for food, activities or non food consumables. Funded hours can be taken between the hours of 8 am and 4 pm we accept all 2,3 and 4 year olds childcare funding if you are eligable and payments can be made using childcare vouchers also.Parents are welcome to visit the setting meet the staff and collect an application form for admission to the playgroup. Parents need to provide a healthy packed lunch if their child stays all day or attends a lunchtime session. Parents also need to provide nappies, wipes and nappy cream for their child.
