I have previously been employed at a local day nursery, where I gained 10 years' experience caring for children from 6 weeks to 5 years old. As a senior Early Years practitioner my role included working with the management team, leading staff and providing fun and stimulating activities for children. I have completed both NVQ Level 2 and Level 3 in Childcare and Education. I also hold the NVQ Assessor award, which involved training and supporting fellow staff to gain their NVQ qualification. I enjoy caring and providing for children at this most critical time of their lives. I am extremely dedicated and find this profession highly rewarding. I offer a well-planned daily programme, incorporating both indoor and outdoor play, all within a home from home environment.
