Hello my name is Carol and I live and work with my Husband Warren. We have two Labrador dogs called Sooty and Cindy and a tortoise called Keg. We have lived in Stoney Stanton since 2013 We have a 3 bed roomed semi-detached house in a quiet cul-de-sac. We have had the house extended and purpose built for the childminding setting. The park, local shops and the school are all within easy walking distance. I have a range of child care experiences over the last 35 years. I now work from home, as a child minder with my husband being the assistant. We really enjoy welcoming children in to our home and plan to have lots of fun exciting times together. I am a qualified Nursery Nurse (NNEB) with First Aid, Food Hygiene, Safeguarding and an Early Years Child Care and Development Degree, Early Years Professional Status (EYP). I do encourage you and your child to come and visit my home and meet me before making any further arrangements. I have a varied range of toys for indoor and outdoor use. Any additional hours out side the funded hours you would be charged £7.00 per hrs. When using funded hours only I charge £5.00 per day to cover food and and other non - consumables''. I don''t charge for activates generally unless it was a major planned and arranged trip to for example the Zoo where I would give you lots of notice and a choice to attend or not. . If you choose to provide your own food then just £2 per day would be charged when using funded only hours. I am flexible when funded hours are chosen to be used as long as I have space to accommodate the request.
