Before you apply for your child’s school place, you should read the relevant ‘Your Guide to education’

The guide is split into 2 parts:

Part 1 - Supplementary information, which contains advice and guidance to help you successfully apply for your child’s school place.

Part 2 - List of schools in your area - Please see Find a school to find your local schools for any further information.

1. Use the drop down menus to filter 'by area’ and ‘phase of education’ to view a shortlist of schools you want to review further. The school details are regularly updated from a national database.
2. Click the 'Print your results' button to save your filtered list as a PDF document or print it.
3. Once you are ready to apply for your school, go the relevant page and apply before the primary or secondary school place deadline where applicable:
