Waste site updates
From 29 July, for approximately 3 months: Oadby site will be closed. Any valid waste permit for this site will be accepted at our other sites until it expires, then a valid permit for another site will be required.
- Scrap metal - various sites are experiencing low capacity to accept scrap metal. Please consider this before making a journey to a site.
- Car batteries - temporarily cannot be accepted at the Whetstone site.
- Fridges - temporarily cannot be accepted at the Whetstone site.
- Paint - temporarily cannot be accepted at the Whetstone site.
- Reusable books - temporarily cannot be accepted at the Whetstone site.
- Textiles - temporarily cannot be accepted at the Whetstone site.
