Payment

Payments can be made either immediately online or you can request an invoice.

Request an invoice

If you are unable to pay online by card, please contact us to request that we email you an invoice. Do not post a cheque or make a bank transfer until you have received an invoice, as this will contain the necessary payment instructions.

We aim to respond within 10 working days of receiving your online payment or invoice request.

 

Please note that due to a higher than usual workload across the team, we are unlikely to be able to provide a full response within our usual target of 10 working days at present. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by a delayed response, and thank you for your patience while we work hard to respond to all outstanding enquiries as soon as possible.
